Notes on MOSAIC ozone data access
1] Haystack data
Starting 16 August 2014 the spectrometer was changed to the new
multichannel spectrometer with 6 channels and better calibration.
see MOSAIC memo 76
Starting 24 October at 14 UT 2014 the Haystack spectrometer was
upgraded with a Chip Scale Atomic clock for accurate velocities.
