[Openmadrigal-admin] New Jicamarca Madrigal site online

Another Madrigal site has been added; this time at Jicamarca.  To make 
links to Jicamarca data available via you web site, you simply need to 
install some new metadata files on your own Madrigal server.

To do this, go to:

http://www.haystack.edu/madrigal/madDownload.html

and follow the directions under "Download latest update to metadata 
files" near the bottom of the page.

Please let me know if there are any problems.
