[Openmadrigal-admin] Geoparm update

   The geophysical parameters files containing such data as Kp, Ap, Dst, and
Imf has been updated at the Millstone Madrigal Site.

    To make this latest data available to users on your Madrigal site,
    simply download the file at:

    http://www.haystack.edu/madrigal/distributionFiles/geofil.tar.Z
    to your $MADROOT directory and do the following:
    1) cd $MADROOT
    2) uncompress geofil.tar.Z
    3) tar -xf geofil.tar
    4) tclsh configureExperiments
    5) bin/updateMaster
