Angela,

You are right, this is a bug with madDataBrowse.  I had never tested the 
case when there were private filters but no public filters.  A corrected 
madDataBrowse is attached.  To install:

1. copy madDataBrowse to $MADROOT/source/madpy/scripts/cgi
2. cd $MADROOT
3. tclsh configureScripts

It should then work.

You sent me madExperiments.cgi later... Is something wrong there?
