[OpenMadrigal-users] St Santin Data

I have added the entire NCAR St Santin Dataset to the Haystack Madrigal
site, 300 experiments in all, from 1966 to 1986. there are now 1501
experiments at Haystack and 2426 experiments at all Madrigal sites
combined. I still need to iron out a few details with the St Santin
data, after which I'll rerun the install script, but early checks
indicate it's in good shape. Note that these are the first Madrigal
data files which include header as well as data records.
