Thanks.

I think I'll add to my to-do list updating the tutorial on how to use
madrigal, and also adding links to appropriate sections from the scripts
themselves.  For example, I think a link labelled "How do I choose
which file to use?" at the top of any madExperiments output with
more than one file listed would solve any confusion.  It would take the 
user to the section of the documentation thats discusses these points 
below.

I'll add that to my prototype bug/feature request system for Madrigal
on anubis.
