[OpenMadrigal-users] Non-accessible database? Eiscat Svalbard

Margit,

There are some problems with outside access to the Tromso Madrigal
site. Much of the ESR data is also at SRI International,
http://transport.sri.com/madrigal/, which I just verified is working.
